Where we come from
Nubiforge began as a seed of an idea in early 2024 when Andrea Budisantoso — owner of the brand “Herbertle” — sought to keep her flourishing gift and décor business in step with evolving EU and German regulations. From her successful online and retail shop at herbertle.de, Andrea had already been championing hand-crafted, high-quality German products. Yet the growing need to maintain stricter data protection and information security standards led her down a new path. Determined to meet ISO 20027 standards for her company, she turned to her husband Kresnadi, a dedicated software engineer, to develop a solution that would check internal documents for compliance gaps — thus, the “Regulator” project was born.
The benefits were immediately clear. This in-house “Regulator” quickly proved invaluable by guiding Andrea’s business through the maze of legal and regulatory requirements. Before long, she realized other companies in similar or even other industries would also need this streamlined approach to compliance and documentation. That aha moment was the spark for Nubiforge: a company devoted to forging innovative cloud solutions designed to simplify everyday workflows. First on Nubiforge’s list is turning “Regulator” into a powerful, user-friendly platform that empowers businesses of all sizes to stay a step ahead of ever-shifting regulations, without sacrificing what they do best.
